Abstract
The surgical procedure for the removal of impacted third molars is common in dental practice. However, third molars located in the mandibular condyle are considered rare findings and few cases have been reported in the literature. The aim of this study was to report an unusual case of ectopic third molar in condyle associated with dentigerous cyst, surgical approach used and its characteristics through imaging tests.
